Rest and hydrate the night before.

Arrive cleaned faced with hair/facial hair ready. A Make-Up will be on set for basic skin applications.

Avoid hair elastics on wrists and chewing gum on set.

(Flossing is appreciated!)

Clean nails recommended or manicure.
